So Lite Mobility 30 Day Return Policy

We’re sorry if your So Lite Mobility product(s) or an accessory item did not work for you as you’d hoped. We try our best to offer our customers the most hassle free return process possible. We will be happy to arrange for UPS to pick up your So Lite Mobility product(s) for return. UPS will make up the three attempts to pick up your So Lite Mobility product(s) for return. Upon receipt, we will refund the purchase price of your So Lite Mobility product(s) less the cost of return shipping. Please read this entire Return Policy before submitting your request for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. An RMA number is required for all returns.

  • A request for an RMA number must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • There is no restocking fee.
  • All products must be in “Like New” condition.
  • Save the box(es). So Lite Mobility product(s) must be in the original carton(s).
  • We will arrange for UPS pickup of the So Lite Mobility product(s).

All returned products require an RMA

A RMA is a Return Merchandise Authorization number. To obtain an RMA number, you must call our customer service department at 800-958-8324 within 30 days of delivery. Returns not accompanied by an RMA number may, at our option, not be accepted.

Canceled orders

Orders canceled after the item has shipped are subject to all of the terms defined in this return policy. Please contact us to receive an RMA number before sending back your So Lite Mobility product(s).


After receiving your return, we will issue your credit back to your original method of payment, less the cost of return shipping if arranged by us. Returns are typically processed within three business days of receipt of your item(s). If you paid by money order, we will issue a credit via a mailed check within seven business days.

If your item(s) is defective, please call Customer Service at 800-958-8324 between 9AM – 8PM EST, Monday – Friday or email us at CS@JourneyHL.com. We will arrange for the item(s) to be repaired or replaced promptly.

Returning a So Lite Mobility Product(s)

Upon sending your RMA, we will arrange for UPS pickup of the So Lite Mobility product(s). Returns must be ready for pick-up the morning of the third (3rd) business day after the day your RMA number was sent to the email you provided. UPS will provide you the address labels when making the pick-up. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You will be charged the actual amount of the UPS charges, deducted from your refund.

So Lite Mobility products must be packed in their original cartons with all of the appropriate packing inserts. Please be sure to carefully follow all return-shipping instructions when provided with your RMA number.
